Training Specialist

This person will be responsible for the delivery of our training programmes to our clients, gathering feedback and communicating it to our team. Work with our team to continuously improve our training program.   Main responsibilities
  • Train & develop leaders, managers, and employees across various organizations.
  • Exhibit the business-specific skills necessary to train in a wide range of departments.
  • Instruct on a variety of content, engage learners, and manage training environments with full confidence and preparation.
  • Provide input to the development of learning measurement and training evaluation methods and tools by assessing learning results, evaluating instructional effectiveness and impact to ensure high quality and effective learning outcomes.
  • Provide engaging on-site and remote training to clients.
  • Measure progress using appropriate testing, assessments, and evaluations.
  • Provide detailed feedback on learner progression.
  • Identify and act on opportunities for continuous improvement.
Knowledge and experience required
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • 3+ years of training experience
  • Facilitation and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel
Optional but would be an asset
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Coaching experience
  • Lean Six Sigma Certifications
  • Quality management system certifications
  • Other certifications
